James Chalmers - Managing Director
James has worked in the construction industry since 1996. He formed Chalmers and co in 1999 and has grown the company into Sussex’s most established sustainable contractors. He is responsible for the strategic development and day to day running of the business..
Leigh Millar - Site Manager
Leigh has been with Chalmers & Co for 10 years starting as an apprentice carpenter. Leigh has developed within the company moving from site carpenter to site manager running numerous high specification projects.
Adamo Bartella - Site Manager
Adamo has been with Chalmers & co for the past 12 years, Adamo has developed within the Chalmers and Co moving from site labourer to apprentice carpenter and site carpenter through to site manager running numerous projects on time and within budget.
Daniel Harding - Contracts manager / Design & Build Coordinator
Daniel joined Chalmers & Co in 2014 after long career working for an award wining Architectural design practice. Daniels’ role is to manage contracts and procure our design and build projects from conception to completion.
Ben Roskilly - Site Manager
Ben has also been with Chalmers & Co for the past 20 years starting as a site carpenter. Ben was quickly promoted to site manager running numerous projects.
