James Chalmers - Managing Director
James brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Since founding the company in 1999, he has been instrumental in making us Sussex’s leading sustainable contractors, overseeing the company’s overall development and operations.

Leigh Millar - Contracts Manager
Leigh started as an apprentice carpenter in 2006 and has since flourished. With a natural knack for leadership, Leigh quickly rose through the ranks to become a Contracts Manager, responsible for a range of high-end projects.

Adamo Bartella - Site Manager
Adamo has been a cornerstone of our team since 2005. Starting as a site laborer, he's displayed unwavering commitment and work ethic, earning his current role as a Site Manager and overseeing multiple projects.
Daniel Harding - Design & Build Consultant
Daniel, our skilled Design & Build Consultant, joined us in 2014 after a remarkable career at an award-winning Architectural design practice. He is responsible for managing contracts and ensuring the seamless execution of our design and build projects from start to finish.

Ben Roskilly - Site Manager
Ben, a dedicated member since 2000, began as a site carpenter and quickly climbed the ladder to become a Site Manager. He excels in overseeing diverse projects, ensuring their success.

Luke Nye - Site Manager
Luke has been a vital part of Chalmers & Co for over a decade. Starting as a site laborer, his sustained dedication and keen interest in project management led him to the role of Site Manager, where he continues to learn and lead with enthusiasm.

Saul Dabson - Site Manager
Saul is a dedicated Site Manager. He joined us at the age of 16, initially as a site labourer, and has progressed through the company to becoming a successful project manager.
