This house, located on a greenfield plot, was constructed for the farm owner. It features an RC structure below ground and a CLT timber frame above. The first floor is faced with hand-laid flint, while the roof and first floor are covered in anthracite zinc. Advanced technologies such as ground source heating, MVHR, and Rako lighting were integrated.
