This project involved the design and construction of a new contemporary Dutch barn dwelling. For this projects we provided a full design and build package, which dealt with every aspect of the project from feasibility, planning, costing, project management and construction phase. The project allowed us to use our in-house experience to design and construct an exemplar sustainable dwelling using natural material and renewable technologies including photovoltaic and solar thermal panels, rainwater harvesting and heating generated from bio mass. The project also included a natural swimming pool filtered from reed beds.
