We were commissioned to construct a new 400 sqm house over three floors to an existing Victorian gate lodge within the South Downs National Park. The construction method consisted of a steel portal with an infill timber frame, clad in brickwork at ground floor and zinc panels to first and second floor. The interior was highly bespoke and incorporated, steel staircases, rotating walls, secret staircases, rotating bath and numerous bespoke joinery items.
The project was feature on Grand Design September 2016 series 16 episode 2
