Chalmers & Co extended the existing cottage for the landowners, creating an uncompromising modern structure with Sto white render and glass facades. The glass used was coated to reduce solar gain and overheating. The house is equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and hot water, and an internal lift for potential future use.
