Chosen to undertake the construction of an exceptional three-story house designed by an award-winning architect, this project showcases a remarkable hillside dwelling with breathtaking panoramic views across Rye. The construction consisted of a heavyweight in-situ cast fair face concrete structure for the lower and ground floors, while the first floor features an engineered timber frame. Notably, the project encompasses a twenty-metre pool integrated into the basement, a 14kw solar photovoltaic array, solar thermal panels, ground source heat pumps, and rainwater harvesting.
