Located in Blackboys, this project involved the construction of a stunning new house, replacing a semi-derelict farmhouse. Challenges included the proximity of a majestic oak tree and the clay soil strata characteristic of this part of Sussex. The house features a striking exterior with black zinc and Sweet Chestnut cladding, while ‘die back Ash’ was used for the internal joinery.
