This project involved the transformation of an existing 1950’s property into an eco-retrofit property. It included the construction of an extension, the addition of a new staircase, and the upgrading of fittings and finishes throughout the house. The project also saw the creation of a new garden and a comprehensive energy efficiency upgrade to the existing structure. Notably, a large 4KWp array of photovoltaic panels was installed, contributing to a remarkable reduction in the carbon footprint to a mere 12.0kg of carbon per square metremeter annually, as evidenced by actual energy use data.
