A new house was built on an exclusive private beach in Hove. The project involved specialist pile foundations, extending 18 metres deep to the old Adur river bed. The internal walls were constructed from exposed concrete covered in galvanised mesh panels, providing a unique way to display a large art collection. This project was recognized awarded winner of  RIBA South East Awards 2016.
